Our story

MSBS was built to make everyday business work easier to deal with.

MSBS began work as Maitri Smart Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2083 B.S. (2026 A.D.). We started with a simple aim: make everyday accounting, tax and company work easier for businesses to understand and manage.

Businesses often lose time because records are scattered, deadlines are unclear, or simple work is explained with too much technical language. We keep the process practical: understand the task, ask for the right information, explain the work and fee, then do what was agreed.

We are based in Kathmandu and work with businesses that value organised records, clear communication and steady support.

Maitri Group is at the beginning of its journey. Today it includes MSBS and Maitri Apartment & Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. (MATS), a licensed travel business based in Kathmandu.

Our aim is to build useful, trusted businesses under the Maitri name and keep growing into areas where we can create long-term value. We want Maitri to become bigger and better over time while keeping service, responsibility and trust at the centre.
